Students learn place value, memory of basic facts, and basic operations through games, songs, and other multisensory techniques.
Verbal Expression
Through interactive activities and games, students improve language skills through sentence expansion, categorizing and sequencing activities, and deductive reasoning methods.Study Skills/Transitioning to Middle School: ASDEC master teachers have designed a study skills curriculum that will help rising 6th grade students improve writing, grammar, and comprehension skills necessary for their successful transition to middle school.
